▪️ ⚠️⚠️YOU MUST BOOK THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT FIRST. EG If 8:30am and 1:30pm are available, you must book 8:30am first. 1:30pm can ONLY be booked if 8:30am is not available at any given day please.

▪️All styles include “BRAIDING HAIR” - some colours are FREE and others have cost listed.
⚠️YOU MUST SELECT THE COLOUR EXTENSION YOU WANT WHEN YOU BOOK, IF NOT SELECTED, BLACK WILL BE USED. SEE INSTAGRAM FOR EXTENSION COLOURS. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH PICTURES (We have attached a few colours on this booking system, and we add colours in all picture descriptions on instagram)
▪️COLOUR BLEND: $70 for 2 colours. Additional $10 per colour. If you do not see a colour you need on there I DO NOT offer it.
▪️There is no PRICE difference if you purchase your own hair‼️ - I am not accepting hair from customers at this time because I know the brand I use and I prepare the hair the night before every appointment.
▪️I only service TEENAGERS 14 & up
▪️Service time varies depending on
HEAD SIZE, HAIR LENGTH, TEXTURE & add on services.
▪️Appointment may run over so if you are booking a long style bring a small lunch.
▪️Beauty will NOT be rushed, book to accommodate your personal schedule
▪️Please provide a valid email & phone number when booking.
▪️All styles are finalised at the pay of deposit. No same day changes.
▪️ YOU MUST SELECT WEEKEND SURCHARGE IF CHOOSING A WEEKEND DAY
▪️NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
▪️NO EXTRA PEOPLE SHOULD COME TO AN APPOINTMENT to help stop the spread of COVID19 (PARENTS YOU ARE ALLOWED TO STAY WITH YOUR CHILD/TEENAGER - 14 &15 YEARS AND BELOW). We MUST be notified in a situation like this one.
▪️A $70 non REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking

▪️“CASH ONLY” for REMAINING balance paid at appointment.
▪️ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
▪️AFRO / AFRICAN HAIR : MUST be at least 4 - 5 inches long for us to be able to braid.
CAUCASIAN / STRAIGHT HAIR: Must be at least 5 - 6 inches long. If shorter than this please allow a few months of growth before you book.
We will not take exceptions just because we like the best outcome and long lasting hair for you. We can reconsider for 100% afro hair.
▪️No fresh relaxer 1 month prior to appointment you must have “3 weeks “ of NEW GROWTH
▪️All clients must come WASHED, BLOW DRIED (see YouTube for how to blow dry) & free of ANY PRODUCTS/OILS
▪️Blunt ends and/or fresh cuts must be APPROVED before booking
▪️You have 72 HOURS prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. No refund as hair would have been purchased by then. You can reschedule for the next 7 - 14 days.
▪️If you are cancelling because of COVID and the notice is last minute, please note : you will not be refunded and you can reschedule. You will however need to show a negative test result which you normally take when you have been notified by the government to isolate.

▪️You will receive a confirmation TEXT or email in that TEXT or email, you will find the remaining balance & the address (between 24 hours to 4 days before your appointment)
THERE IS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT IN CASE YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. AFTER 15 MINUTES, THERE WILL BE A $20 LATE FEE ADDED TO YOUR BALANCE. AFTER 20 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED, NO EXCEPTIONS
COVID-19 LOCKDOWN: If in case of an abrupt lockdown you wish your appointment moved, we will move that to the following week and according to health advise. We do not refund ( unfortunately) because we have extensions purchased as soon as a booking comes through.
